Resolved Question: Underage drinkg charge-?

I recently got a charge for underage drinking. Me and my two friends were at a party, left and the cops pulled the driver over due to a 'tail light' or however you call it and caught us 'under the influence'. He made us take a breathalyzer, and me and my friends got 0.25 or higher. So we got charged, and are date is dec 1 to appear in court. The thing is, I got a notice today saying that I have to appear nov 18th which is in a couple of weeks. Neither of my friends got a letter saying this.
