Resolved Question: Some Questions about the hurricane?

So... I everyone is asking this question of how the hurricane will effect their area.... but I really want to know. So I live in the Stafford Area of Virginia its around Richmond. I was wondering if we should leave and is the power gonna cut out? I look on these maps and stuff but none seem to tell you exactly what will happen. In some where I live is in the "Zone" and some maps its not. How bad are 100 mph winds? We live on a hill so we can't get too much flooding. Also how bad is it overall? Should we leave or stay?
